During the novel coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), Autumn Leaf Therapeutic Services is offering the following options:

1. In person services

2. Telehealth services through a digital face-to-face software

3. Telephone services

4. The option to cancel and/or reschedule

 

Any person may request any of these services at any time, and he/she/they may change services delivered at any time.

 

For in person services, person must consent to being present, have no fever, be asymptomatic, have no positive COVID-19 test within 14 days, and no known exposure to a COVID-19 positive person within 14 days.

 

This office is cleaned between each patient with the following protocols:

• 70% Isopropyl alcohol on all fabrics, door handles, switches, or any other commonly touched areas.

• Hydrogen Peroxide on all tables, bookcases, covers of magazines

• All children’s toys are submerged in bleach or cleaned with Super Sani-Cloth Bactericidal, Tuberculocidal and Virucidal surgical cleaner.
